About to CTIS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Computer Technology and Information Security is an international academic event focusing on the frontiers of computer science and technology and the construction of information security protection systems. It aims to bring together experts, scholars, and industry elites from the fields of computer science, network security, cryptography, and data protection from around the world to jointly explore the new challenges and opportunities facing information security in the digital era. The conference focused on in-depth discussions and exchanges on core topics such as network security attack and defense technology, data encryption and privacy protection, the integration of artificial intelligence and information security, cloud computing and edge computing security, blockchain technology application, IoT security and risk management, large model security and intelligent agent protection. It is committed to building an international cooperation platform for interdisciplinary dialogue between computer technology and information security, promoting the deep integration of cutting-edge technological achievements and security governance solutions, and providing academic support and practical reference for constructing a secure, reliable, and sustainable digital ecosystem.

All full paper submissions to the CTIS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of CTIS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

SCI Journal
Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ctis@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
