About to HDMPM 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Humanistic Development, Mental Health, and Public Management will be held in Guangzhou, China, bringing together experts, scholars, practitioners, and young scholars from universities, research institutes, and industry institutions around the world to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on cutting-edge theories and innovative practices in the fields of humanistic development, mental health, and public management. The purpose of this conference is to establish an interdisciplinary and international academic exchange platform, promoting the deep integration and collaborative development of humanistic development research, mental health services, and public management practices. The conference topics cover the cultivation of humanistic literacy and social civilization progress, protection of cultural heritage and humanistic care, social equity and inclusive development, psychological health assessment and intervention technology, psychological crisis prevention and counseling mechanism, construction of community psychological health service system, digital technology empowerment of psychological health services, modernization of public governance system and governance capacity, innovation of grassroots governance and social participation, public health emergency management and risk prevention and control, smart government and optimization of public services. During the conference, there will be special invited presentations, sub venue special reports, paper exchanges, and academic discussions, providing a platform for delegates to share research results, explore development trends, and expand opportunities for academic and practical cooperation. Through this conference, we will further promote theoretical innovation and practical exploration in the fields of humanistic development, mental health, and public management, and assist in enhancing social governance capabilities and improving people's quality of life.

All full paper submissions to the HDMPM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of HDMPM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to hdmpm@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
