About to OMSAI 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Optoelectronic Materials, Semiconductors, and Artificial Intelligence will be held in Shenzhen, China. At that time, experts, scholars, technical researchers, and young scholars from universities, research institutes, and industry enterprises around the world will gather to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on cutting-edge theories, key technologies, and innovative applications in the fields of optoelectronic materials, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence. The purpose of this conference is to establish an interdisciplinary and international academic exchange platform, promoting the deep integration and collaborative development of optoelectronic materials science, semiconductor technology, and artificial intelligence. The conference topics cover the design and preparation of new optoelectronic functional materials, nano optoelectronic materials such as perovskite and quantum dots, flexible wearable optoelectronic devices, wide bandgap semiconductor materials and devices, advanced chip design and manufacturing processes, integrated circuits and packaging testing technologies, AI chips and high-performance computing, deep learning and intelligent perception, computer vision and image processing, intelligent optoelectronic sensing and detection, and material design and process optimization driven by artificial intelligence. All full paper submissions to the OMSAI 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of OMSAI 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to omsai@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
