About to PESS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Power, Energy, and Smart Systems is an international academic event that focuses on the transformation of power systems, technological innovation in energy, and the deep integration of smart systems. It aims to bring together experts, scholars, and industry elites from the fields of power engineering, energy science, intelligent control, and artificial intelligence from around the world to jointly explore the frontier directions and key paths for the construction of new power systems and the intelligent transformation of energy. The conference focused on in-depth discussions and exchanges on core topics such as the construction and operation of new power systems, renewable energy grid integration and consumption, smart grids and energy internet, energy storage technology and multi-energy complementarity, artificial intelligence and power system integration, power electronics and flexible power transmission and distribution, distributed energy and microgrids, electric vehicles and vehicle-grid interaction, energy security and resilience enhancement, digital twins and power simulation. It aimed to build an international cooperation platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on power, energy, and intelligent systems, promote the deep integration of basic theoretical research and engineering practice, and provide academic support and practical reference for constructing a safe, efficient, green, and intelligent modern energy system.

All full paper submissions to the PESS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PESS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to pess@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
