About to VSIO 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Visual Science, Image Processing, and Optics is an interdisciplinary international academic event aimed at promoting the deep integration and collaborative innovation of the three cutting-edge fields of visual science, image processing, and optical technology. This conference focuses on in-depth discussions on core topics such as computational optics and new imaging systems, optical sensors and optoelectronic detection technology, image enhancement and restoration, image segmentation and object detection, machine vision and intelligent information processing, 3D perception and scene reconstruction, adaptive optics and light field imaging, quantum imaging and single photon detection. It extensively covers emerging research directions such as neural radiation field driven 3D reconstruction, visual basic models of big language and multimodal models, end-to-end optimization of optical systems empowered by deep learning, computational photography and mobile imaging, and digital twin empowered industrial visual inspection. All full paper submissions to the VSIO 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of VSIO 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to vsio@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
