About to FSAAE 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Food Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Agricultural Engineering will be held in Shanghai, China. Experts, scholars, technical researchers, and young scholars from universities, research institutions, food companies, and agricultural technology fields around the world will gather to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on cutting-edge theories, key technologies, and industrial applications in the three major fields of food science, artificial intelligence, and agricultural engineering. The purpose of this conference is to establish an interdisciplinary and international academic exchange platform, promoting the deep integration and collaborative development of food science, artificial intelligence, and agricultural engineering. The conference topics cover food nutrition and safety testing technology, new technologies for food processing and preservation, development and utilization of food functional factors, application of artificial intelligence in food quality traceability and intelligent testing, agricultural intelligent equipment and precision agriculture technology, agricultural Internet of Things and big data analysis, smart agriculture and agricultural robots, green processing and sustainable utilization of agricultural products, and more. During the conference, there will be special invited presentations, sub venue special reports, paper exchanges, and academic discussions, providing a platform for delegates to share new research results, explore industry development trends, and expand opportunities for academic and industrial cooperation. Through this conference, we will further promote theoretical innovation, technological breakthroughs, and industrial applications in the fields of food science, artificial intelligence, and agricultural engineering, and assist in the high-quality development and intelligent transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture and food industry.

All full paper submissions to the FSAAE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of FSAAE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to fsaae@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
