About to FSPH 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Food Safety and Public Health is an interdisciplinary international academic event aimed at the global academic and industrial communities, dedicated to promoting the deep integration and collaborative innovation of food safety science and public health practice. This conference focuses on in-depth discussions on core topics such as food pollutant detection and risk assessment, prevention and control of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms, food supply chain safety and full traceability, safety evaluation of food additives and new food resources, nutritional health and dietary intervention, emergency response to public health emergencies, environmental health and occupational health, global health governance and health equity. It extensively covers emerging research directions such as AI driven food safety risk warning and traceability, big language model empowering public health public opinion monitoring and decision support, blockchain empowering full traceability of food supply chain, digital twin driven public health emergency simulation and resource allocation optimization, multi omics technology assisted rapid detection and precise nutrition evaluation of food safety. The conference aims to build an open, professional, and high-level international chemical exchange platform for scholars from universities, research institutions, and industry technical experts around the world, promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and deep integration of industry, academia, and research. During the conference, multiple segments such as keynote speeches, thematic discussions, paper presentations, and technical forums will be set up, inviting renowned experts and scholars from various fields to share cutting-edge research results and practical experience, promote breakthroughs in basic theories and social applications, and assist in the continuous innovation and high-quality development of food safety and public health.

All full paper submissions to the FSPH 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of FSPH 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to fsph@global-confs.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
